1000 island dressing recipe

Try this natural 1000 Island dressing recipe!

Prep time: 10 minutes                                      Rest time: 2+ hours                           Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. ketchup

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

2 tsp. honey or maple syrup (optional)

2 Tbsp. finely chopped English cucumber

1 tsp. white onion, finely minced or grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.    Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

2.    Stir well to combine.

3.    Place dressing in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally, so that the flavors blend.

Serve with salad or vegetables of your choice.
