natural remedies for morning sickness and prevent nausea

Morning sickness is on of the biggest concerns. 85% pregnant women experience some form of morning sickness or nausea and vomiting in the first trimester.

Here are my top three tips for treating nausea during pregnancy, naturally.

  1. Watch your diet. Ensure your stomach doesn’t get too empty and make sure you have snacks on hand at all times.
  2. Use acupressure for in the moment nausea. Pressing on the pressure point two inches below the crease of your wrist (as shown in my vlog above) can help relieve symptoms almost immediately.
  3. Rule out nutritional deficiencies. Vitamin B6 is on of these. IV vitamin therapy and other treatments can help reduce nausea and improve energy levels in pregnancy.

Always check in with you physician about your pregnancy symptoms to rule out any serious conditions. Get more tips on treating nausea in pregnancy here.
