amount of water to drink each day

A simple calculation that can help determine how much water your body needs is to take your weight in pounds then divide it in half, and that is how many ounces you should aim for. So if you weight 120 lbs you would aim to drink about 60 oz or two litres of water each day (120lbs/2 = 60 oz or two litres). For kids, make sure their urine is clear and that they have small sips of water regularly throughout the day.
