is it okay to nap

Naps can be a glorious treat for some but also a necessity for others. A nap can be the best way to correct any sleep deficits; however, it is also a slippery slope as too much sleep during the day can disrupt night time sleep. Set an alarm for 20-90 minutes for daytime naps and consider looking at other reasons if the cause for your daytime fatigue is due to poor sleep quality at night.
